By accessing and using the CodeCircuit website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CodeCircuit reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Microsoft Office Professional: Lifetime subscription. Activated once, no annual renewal required through CodeCircuit.
Adobe Creative Cloud: Yearly subscription. Cancels automatically after one year. Client must contact CodeCircuit to renew.
Trend Micro Antivirus: Yearly subscription. Cancels automatically after one year. Client must contact CodeCircuit to renew.
Activation & Support: CodeCircuit provides genuine licenses and activation support. Ongoing technical support falls under the respective vendor's policies.
Refunds: Due to the nature of software licenses, all sales are generally final once the license key has been delivered or activated.

Client Responsibilities: The client is solely responsible for providing their own hosting, database provisioning, activated payment gateway accounts (e.g. PayFast, Yoco), and all necessary API credentials.
Exclusions: All quoted packages explicitly exclude domain registration and ongoing hosting costs.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to commence any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and client approval.
Project Scope & Revisions: Changes beyond the initial scope may incur additional charges. Excessive revisions beyond a reasonable number may be billed additionally.
Content Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing all website content unless explicitly included in the agreed package.

CodeCircuit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

We strive to provide reliable and secure services but do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use our services at your own discretion and risk.

All content on the CodeCircuit website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of CodeCircuit or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Upon final payment for web design services, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final website design and custom code developed specifically for them. CodeCircuit may retain rights to reusable code modules or design templates.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
